iTmac are a specialised company offering full support and design services to our clients.

We are proficient in both PC and Mac software and hardware support helping our clients to achieve a high level of productivity.

We have been working in the IT Sector as Support Analysts and Network Administrators for the last 10 years, and so far have been privileged to work with Apple Distributors, Apple Dealers, Retail Chains, Major Financial Institutions and Business Centre. During this time we have fine tuned our wealth of knowledge in all aspects of computing, including hardware / software support and maintenance, as well as the set up and maintenance of critical business networks.

Our Graphic Designers have worked in the design industry for over 10 years and their skills are ever evolving. With the ability to offer full design services no matter how big or small the job, they have worked on projects that enclude complete company re-brands, large scale branded events and jobs as small as personalised business card.

A versatile and ambitious individual with over 10 years design and marketing experience, client facing, account management, combining both budget and project management responsibilities. A team player, who is always motivated and has a keen interest in marketing. I have worked with many different clients in a variety of industries, always helping to improve the Brand.

  • £60 per hour
  • £399 per day

Offsite

£40 per hour: via Logmein Rescue where needed

Remote and telephone support is charged in 6 min increments. There is no callout fee for Central London and a day is defined as being 7 hours for the purposes of support. Support call outs outside of Central London area will be charged extra based on distance and travel time.

Think of our support contracts as your very own IT department, but minus the management, financial commitment and HR headaches.
